Welcome to Edie’s – a classic luncheonette serving
diner-style breakfast and lunch to generations of local families –
as well as those discovering us for the first time.
Our historic building dates back to 1849, which over the years has been home to many enterprises, including Little Silver’s first post office. Food has been served here since 1928 – first as Dennis’ luncheonette/general store, and as Edie’s since 1973 (named for former owner Edith Bacigalupi). Edie is no longer with us, but her spirit lives on in our unwavering dedication to making patrons feel welcome and relaxed, while serving them timeless breakfast and lunch favorites using the freshest ingredients.
A visit to Edie’s feels like a step back in time – in the best possible way.
